Lavandula x intermedia 'Edelweiss
Edelweiss lavender is a beautiful, well behaved lavender with a true white flower. When the flowers are closed there is a bit of a pink blush, but open to be a sparkling white in spring, and again in the fall if the plant is deadheaded after bloom. Hardy in zones 6-9
